|Next Day delivery option|
We offer a Next Day delivery service* as standard. We are able to offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed up to 8:00 PM in certain areas depending on the items in your bag and your selected delivery location. The cut off time is calculated for you when you enter the checkout.
Orders placed before the cut off time will be delivered 1 working day later, orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered 2 working days later.
|While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day calculated in the checkout.|
|Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered by the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.|
|*This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. We do not offer this service on orders you make by post.|
|The standard delivery charge is £3.99 to cover the cost of delivery on each order you place and you will not be charged an additional premium for Next Day or Nominated Day delivery. Sign in/Register and go to View bag/Checkout to view the exact delivery charge for your order.|
|It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page.|
|Nominated Delivery Service Option|
|You may also be given the option to choose a day for your delivery*, in addition to other delivery options. The nominated day delivery service charge is included in your standard post and packing charge, no matter how many items you order. You may also select a preferred morning (up to 1pm) or afternoon delivery. There is no further charge for this service. We will do our best to deliver to your preferred time of day where possible, although we cannot guarantee this time. *Nominated delivery service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. This service is not available on orders made by post.|
|Direct Express Delivery Service Option|
We also offer a Direct Express service for items that are sent directly from our suppliers to you.
If this is available on your order, an additional option will be provided at the checkout*.
We aim to deliver items selected on this service within Approx. 2-3 working days for orders placed before 12pm and Approx. 3-4 working days for orders placed after 12 pm. The charge for this service is £1.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge.
*Direct Express service is only available on selected items that come directly from suppliers offering this service. This service is not available on orders made by post or telephone.
|Click to Collect|
If you select this delivery option at the check-out, provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them FREE direct to store within 3 to 5 working days. Once your order has arrived in store a member of staff will let you know by telephone and your order will be available for collection for 7 days. If you do not collect your order from store within this time period your items will be returned to the warehouse and your account refunded.
This service is not available for all items. You will be advised prior to check out if this service is not available for your order.
Please bring your order acknowledgement email and photographic ID (such as passport or drivers licence) to store with you when you call to collect. Somebody else can collect your order for you but they must bring along your order acknowledgement email, your ID and photographic ID belonging to them.
|ByBox Delivery Option|
Where applicable you can select to have your items sent to a ByBox secure locker where you can subsequently go, open and pick up.
This service is only available for orders made online.
Once ready for collection ByBox will notify you via an SMS text message to your mobile phone and an email sent to your entered email address.
The notification will contain the secure pin code required to open the ByBox locker.
The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.
Please note that as this is a service provided by an independent third party we can accept no liability for items that are delayed, lost or stolen by using this service.
|myHermes Collection Option|
|Where available you can select to have your items sent to a myHermes ParcelShop where you can then go and collect your parcel. This service is only available for orders made online. Once you place your order, we will send you a collection PIN for each parcel. Once the parcel is ready for collection, we will subsequently notify you via email. If a mobile telephone number is entered whilst placing your order, we will also send these details to you via a SMS text message. The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.|
|Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or other expenses incurred due to failed or late delivery.|
|If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.|
|Delivery to a different address|
|We are happy to send your first and any of your subsequent orders to a different address but we have the right to refuse delivery to third party addresses. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Customer Services on 0871 984 4000 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email.|
|In-Home Flat Pack Assembly Service.|
If you require this nationwide service please telephone the provider, The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd on 0845 491 6523 for a quotation. Please quote reference 'HSD' and your item catalogue number to identify the item in question. Please do not request an assembly visit until you are in receipt of the goods.
Order and Payment of this service are to be made directly by the provider on the above telephone number and cannot be ordered or paid for on your normal home shopping account. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card. In-Home Assembly prices start from £18 inclusive of VAT with a minimum visit cost of £55. A high proportion of the cost is made up of travelling to your location, it is therefore beneficial to have a number of products to assemble, please discuss this with the provider when you call for your quotation.
Please note this service is provided by The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd and is totally independent from Jacamo. Jacamo are not liable for any damages , costs or claims, however incurred that may arise from connection with this service provided by The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights. |TV Installation Service|
|Installation and connection will be to existing suitable site only. No wall mounting, building or electrical work will be carried out. Our service does not include disconnection and removal of your old appliance. Further details available on request|
|Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 56 days of the original order date.|
|Home Approval Exceptions|
Some items are not sold on home approval, unless returned unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to the table below for the nature of exception. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
